When can I use the app?
It's on the way for iPhone and Android. Join the list and we'll let you know when it's ready. We haven't set a launch date yet.
Is Sproutlet for me?
If you manage one UK rental or a handful, Sproutlet is for the jobs you do yourself. Its safety checks currently follow England's rules.
How much will Sproutlet cost?
We have not announced pricing yet. The first 50 people to join from 29 September 2026 get their first year free at launch. See how founding places work.
Can I use it for Making Tax Digital?
Sproutlet helps you track rent and keep property records together. It does not file with HMRC; you’ll need separate software for Making Tax Digital submissions.
