Who looks after your information

Lewis Danks, trading as Sproutlet, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Sproutlet is a mobile app in development. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@sprout-let.co.uk.

When you join the interest list

We collect your email address, the date you registered, the website you registered through and a record of the consent wording you agreed to. We use this to send occasional emails about Sproutlet’s development and launch. Our basis for doing so is your consent. Joining is optional and does not create an app account.

The interest list is stored in a private Google Sheet in our business Google Workspace account. Google Sheets and Google Apps Script process your signup on our behalf. FormEasy is the open-source code adapted for the form; your submission is not sent to its author or a FormEasy-hosted service. We do not sell your email address.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to an update or emailing hello@sprout-let.co.uk with “unsubscribe”. We will stop sending updates and remove you from the active interest list. Withdrawing consent does not change whether our earlier use was lawful. We may retain a minimal record of your opt-out so we do not contact you again by mistake.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while they are needed for the development and launch updates you requested. We review the list at least annually and remove entries that are no longer needed. If the project stops, we will remove the active list. We will ask before using it for a different purpose.

When you email us

We use your email address and the information in your message to respond to your enquiry. This is in our legitimate interests in answering questions and developing Sproutlet. A general enquiry does not subscribe you to updates.

Website hosting and service providers

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and Google services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect their services. Their processing may take place outside the UK, under their applicable contractual and transfer safeguards. Cookies and analytics

We do not add advertising, analytics, session replay or browser-storage tracking to this page. The hosting provider may use security cookies to protect the site. The form contacts Google only when you submit it.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your information, object to its use, or request a portable copy. Contact hello@sprout-let.co.uk to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
